Welcome to CRU Caviar. We are so excited to share what we've been working on for the past few years with you!
Caviar has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I earned allowance by helping out at the caviar facility, putting labels on lids and washing jars. I learned from my parents how to delicately handle and pack sturgeon caviar by the time I was 7 years old. For as long as I've been alive, my family's livelihood has depended on sourcing specific caviar and gourmet products for the top restaurants and chefs around the country.. caviar is what we know and love, so you can depend on us to find you the best on Earth!
My father and I have put a lot of thought, hard-work, and dedication into this new caviar concept. We both share a passion for the finer things, especially food and wine, so this concept is a combination of our love of fine dining, caviar expertise and access, and constant mission to find the best, sustainable products money can buy.
