Refund policy

CRU Caviar fully guarantees all its products for freshness and quality.
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can immediately replace your product or credit your account.
 
Depending on the circumstances, we can accept returns on most products even after the customer has opened the product's container. However, we do not accept returns after the product has been sampled or otherwise eaten by the customer. 
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving a perishable shipment to be eligible for a return. Receival time will be determined by shipment tracking delivery time. Please take photos of any damages or defects for proof.

To start a return, you can contact us at thecru@crucaviar.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, if applicable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your caviar is not cool to the touch, contact us immediately.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us, will make an evaluation on what is the next best step based on your individual circumstances.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
